Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with iBlush. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and professional manner. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
To ensure timely processing and delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Packaging

Orders are shipped across Canada via Canada Post Lettermail, using protective bubble mailers. Please note that this shipping method is untracked.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping on orders of 4 or more lip glosses

  • Flat Rate Shipping of $11 CAD on orders with fewer than 4 lip glosses

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
    Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any delays with Canada Post.

Tracking Information

We currently use an untracked shipping method. While we do not offer real-time tracking, proof of shipment is provided for every order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost packages due to the use of untracked shipping. However, in the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us at iblushlipgloss@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
