iBlush Store Policies
Shipping Policy:
iBlush has a processing time of 7-10 business days before your order is shipped. You will first receive an order confirmation email, and once your package has been scanned at the post office, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Please note that our processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or the actual shipping duration. Once the package is handed over to the postal service, delivery times depend on Canada Post’s schedule and your location.
Returns and Exchanges:
Thank you for choosing iBlush! Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, you must email us at iblushlipgloss@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Your email should include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos that clearly show the damage
After reviewing your case, we will decide whether to issue a replacement, refund, or store credit. However, if the product is found to be in acceptable condition (as determined by our team), we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
Please note that a “damaged” product refers to issues like cracks or defects in the packaging or applicator. Small air bubbles inside the tube or slight variations in color and texture are not considered defects, as they are a normal part of the handmade process.

Risk of Loss:
Once your package has been handed over to Canada Post, the responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. If an order is marked as delivered by UPS, it is considered successfully delivered, and iBlush cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Most orders are shipped using UPS Standard Shipping, which may include insurance coverage up to $100 CAD. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you can file a claim directly with UPS:

For international orders, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. iBlush is not responsible for covering these fees, and we do not offer refunds for packages that are refused due to customs charges. International shipments may take 30+ days to arrive, and the customer assumes all risks of loss unless additional shipping insurance is purchased.
Handmade Product Variations:
All iBlush lip glosses and beauty products are handmade, which means small differences between products are expected.
Products may have slight variations in color, texture, or gloss consistency, and lip gloss tubes may contain small air bubbles when the wand is removed. These variations are normal and do not affect product quality.
While we make every effort to display accurate colors on our website, the shade you see may look slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.
