Return & Refund Policy
At iBlush, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. Each order is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped to ensure you receive your products in excellent condition. Due to the nature of cosmetic items and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we are committed to addressing them professionally and fairly. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, we offer a resolution through replacement or, when necessary, a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order is damaged in transit or you receive a product different from what was ordered, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Claims made outside of this window may not be eligible for resolution.
To submit a claim, contact us at iblushlipgloss@gmail.com and include the following details:
- Clear and unedited photographs of the product, clearly showing the issue
- A written description of the problem
- Your full name and order number
- Evidence of damage to the lip gloss container itself (e.g., cracked tube, leaking product)
We do not require the item to be returned; however, we do require complete and accurate documentation for the claim to be considered.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement at no cost for the product itself. If the same item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs for Replacements
iBlush will cover 50% of the shipping cost for any approved replacement orders. The remaining balance may be the responsibility of the customer. We will notify you of any applicable shipping charges prior to sending the replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are offered only in the event that a replacement cannot be provided due to lack of inventory. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Please note that we do not provide refunds or replacements for issues related to customer error, misuse of the product, or dissatisfaction with color, texture, or scent.
Final Sale Policy
All items purchased from iBlush are considered final sale. Due to health and safety regulations in the cosmetics industry, we cannot accept returns or process exchanges for any reason other than confirmed damage or shipping error.
