Shipping Policy

At iBlush, we carefully prepare every order before shipping. Our current processing time is 3 to 5 business days before your package is sent out. Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. After your package is scanned by Canada Post, a shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent to you.

Please note that our processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time. Once your package has been handed to Canada Post, delivery timelines depend on their service schedule and your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we are happy to offer a replacement. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.

To request a resolution, please email us at iblushlipgloss@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Your message must include the following:

  • Clear and unedited photographs of the product, clearly showing the issue

  • A written description of the problem

  • Your full name and order number

  • Visible evidence of damage to the lip gloss container itself (e.g., cracked tube, leaking product)

Returning the item is not required, but full and accurate documentation is necessary for any refund or replacement to be considered.

Once we review your email, we will confirm whether a replacement, refund, or store credit will be issued. If the product is determined to be in acceptable condition by our team, no resolution will be provided.

Please note that small air bubbles, color variation, and slight changes in texture are normal with handmade lip gloss and are not considered defects.

Risk of Loss

Once your package has been scanned and accepted by Canada Post, the shipment becomes the customer’s responsibility. If Canada Post marks a package as delivered, but it is lost, stolen, or delayed, iBlush is not responsible and cannot issue a refund or replacement.

Most packages are sent via Canada Post Standard Shipping, which may include up to $100 CAD in insurance coverage. If your package is lost or arrives damaged while in transit, you may file a claim directly with Canada Post at www.canadapost.ca or by calling 1-866-607-6301.

For international orders, additional customs fees or import taxes may apply. iBlush does not cover these charges, and we do not issue refunds for packages refused due to unpaid customs. International shipping may take 30 or more days, and the customer assumes all risk unless additional insurance is purchased.

Handmade Product Variations

All iBlush lip glosses are handmade in small batches. This means each product may have small differences in color, texture, or consistency. You may also notice air bubbles in the tube when the wand is removed—this is completely normal and does not affect product quality.

While we do our best to display accurate product images, colors may look slightly different depending on your screen or lighting.

Purchase Agreement

By placing an order with iBlush, you agree to the following:

You confirm that you are of legal age in your region or have permission from a parent or guardian to make a purchase. You acknowledge and accept our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy. You agree that all purchases are final, and refunds or replacements are only available for issues that meet the criteria outlined above.

You also agree not to copy, use, or distribute any iBlush product names, branding, photos, or designs without written permission.
